IELTS Academic FORMAT

Know what the test asks of you.

Learn the structure first, then practise the skills and decisions required under exam conditions.

01

Listening

Four recordings and 40 questions. Each recording plays once, so attentive note-taking and answer transfer matter.

02

Reading

Three academic passages and 40 questions in 60 minutes. Practise locating evidence and handling different question types.

03

Writing

Task 1 describes visual information; Task 2 develops an essay. Plan and revise within the 60-minute section.

04

Speaking

A three-part conversation moves from familiar topics to a longer turn and a deeper discussion.

A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

A study path with a clear starting point.

A target band alone is not a plan. The first mock helps you understand where to spend your preparation time.

  1. 01

    Set the destination

Save your target IELTS band and planned exam date before the first full assessment.

  2. 02

    Understand the baseline

Complete all four sections, then review the available score estimate and improvement feedback.

  3. 03

    Study and return

Use reviewed lessons by skill and take later timed mocks to see whether your approach is working.
